This will not apply over holiday periods such as Easter and Christmas where Australia Post is also closed, and this may result in delays. We use Australia Post for shipping our parcels all over Australia and we register all parcels so that they are completely trackable. The price of postage and handling is displayed clearly when you are checking out in the purchase process. It is based on the weight of the goods purchased and the destination of the parcel. Our postage policy is calculated using the Australia Post pricing tables as our guideline but it may vary slightly in some instances. If you spend over $150 we will ship your order freight free anywhere in Australia! (This offer is not available through our stores, it is strictly online only).

Online orders that are to be shipped internationally and that are A$150 or over will not have a freight amount quoted on the invoice total. An email will be sent to customers placing such orders with a quote for the freight cost. Only after a customer has agreed to this freight cost will the order be processed and their credit card charged.
